FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING is available for orders over $200 via Australia Post Express Satchel services or Courier Services

• Orders placed before 3pm will be shipped same business day
• For east coast non-metro areas please allow 1-2 working days to delivery
• For Regional and Western Australia please allow 2-3 working days for delivery

For orders less than $200, a flat rate shipping fee of $9.95 for Express and $6.95 for Standard is applicable.

We send globally via DHL Express, all delivery locations take 2-3 business days for delivery

• NZ: $14.95 for orders up to $200. Free shipping for orders over $200
• USA: $19 for orders up to $200. Free shipping for orders over $200
• World: $28 for orders up to $250. Free shipping for orders over $250 

Easy Returns

• Returns will be accepted where by the item is unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached
• Please ensure the original invoice is included or printed email correspondence, to ensure your return is accurately identified
• Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your goods
• Head to returns.thirdform.com.au to commence your return. The portal will take care of all steps
• Refunds are available for Sale Items and Afterpay purchases!
• Store credits are only valid for 6 months upon issue
• Postage costs will be covered under the circumstance the garment is faulty or from an error on our behalf. Please note the maximum coverage provided is $20
• Refunds and replacements will be issued for manufacturing faults, however please note this does not include general wear and tear
• In the circumstance the garment is deemed faulty, we require the original piece to be returned in order to issue a replacement or refund
