- All orders Returned To Sender due to not being claimed, or for incorrect addresses, re-delivery charges may be applicable
- PRE SALE orders require full payment at time of purchase. You will receive a dispatch notification as soon as they are produced. The estimated delivery date can be found on the product page
- Delivery time is an estimate only and THIRD FORM is not liable for any loss or damage suffered through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery

Taxes & Duties
THIRD FORM shall not be held responsible for any possible duties and taxes which may be applied by customs in the country where delivery is placed. The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed, rest with the customer.
Please contact your local customs office for more information regarding taxes and duties payable in your region.
We believe in a fair and open returns policy, as we understand online shopping can be convenient and want to make it easy.
Returns for refund are accepted on merchandise within 14 days of receiving your order.
To return items they must be in their original condition - unworn, unwashed, unused and with all tags attached and associated packaging in original condition.
Sale items and Afterpay orders are also eligible for return.
Requesting an Easy Return
Please head to returns.thirdform.com.au to commence your return request. The portal will take care of all the steps required for complete your return.
Conditions for Return
Return postage will be at the buyers expense unless the items received are eligible for 'Faulty Refund'. In this case, THIRD FORM will incur postage.
The return will be accepted where:
- A return request is submitted to our portal within 14 days of receiving your order
- Original proof of purchase packed with the item
- The items are in original condition and not worn, damaged, stained or washed
- All original packaging, tags and labels are fully intact
We recommend a tracked registered postal services, as we do not consider the goods 'Returned' until they have been safely received. THIRD FORM is not liable for loss or damage of goods in transit.
If a returned item is dirty or stained a dry clean fee of $20 fee will be deducted from the full refund amount.
You may return and exchange your items, within 14 days, for a different size (subject to availability). Also, if for whatever reason the purchase is not what you expected, we are happy for you to return the item and you will be issued with a refund of the order value, excluding shipping.
You are eligible for a full refund, within 14 days, including return shipping upon confirmation of garments being faulty. What defines faulty?
- Manufacturing faults
- Delivered items differ from ordered items
- Clear defects or damage
Please ensure to follow care label instructions, as failing to do so could result in damage to the items which is not covered by our Returns Policy.
Online Warehouse SALE
Our online warehouse sale is subject to the normal terms and conditions applied at our regular warehouse sales.
Past season styles will be available to purchase at significantly discounted prices for a limited time only. No price adjustments are permitted for previously purchased items.
With all THIRD FORM warehouse sale purchases there is a strict no returns, exchanges or refunds policy, unless an item us deemed faulty.
If an item is classified as faulty if received damaged in any way, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within a reasonable time period from the date of purchase. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered faulty.
