Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING INFORMATION

We believe in fast and safe shipping, to make your online experience a pleasant one. Firstly, some generic shipping conditions:

  • All orders will be dispatched within 2 working days of order receipt
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays, will be processed within the next 2 working days
  • All orders Returned To Sender due to not being claimed, or for incorrect addresses, re-delivery charges may be applicable
  • PRE SALE orders require full payment at time of purchase. You will receive a dispatch notification as soon as they are produced. The estimated delivery date can be found on the product page
  • Delivery time is an estimate only and THIRD FORM is not liable for any loss or damage suffered through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery

Delivery within Australia

FREE SHIPPING is available for orders over $100 via Australia Post Express Satchel services

  • For metro areas please allow 1-2 working days to delivery
  • For regional addresses and Western Australia please allow 2-5 working days for delivery.

For orders less than $100, a flat rate shipping fee of $9.50 is applicable. 

Delivery Outside Australia

FREE INTERNATIONAL Standard Shipping is available for orders over $AUD250.  

  • For standard International Shipping, please allow 7-14 working days
  • For orders less than $AUD250 Standard International Shipping attracts a flat rate of $18.00
  • For Express International Shipping please allow 3-5 working days, at flat fee of $35.00

Taxes & Duties

THIRD FORM unfortunately cannot be held responsible for any possible duties and taxes which may be applied by customs in the country where delivery is placed. The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed, rest with the customer.

Please contact your local customs office for more information regarding taxes and duties payable in your region.

 

RETURNS POLICY

We believe in a fair and open returns policy, as we understand online shopping can be convenient and want to make it easy. Returns for refund are accepted on merchandise within 7 days of receiving your order. To return items they must be in their original condition - unworn, unwashed, unused and with all tags attached and associated packaging in original condition.

How to Return

All returns need to be requested in writing, by email to info@thirdform.com.au and a Return Authorisation number and shipping details will be supplied.

Conditions for Return

THIRD FORM will not accept ANY returns without a Return Authorisation (RA#) number. Return postage will be at the buyers expense unless the items received are eligible for 'Faulty Refund'. In this case, THIRD FORM will incur postage.

The return will be accepted where:

  • An RA request is submitted to THIRD FORM within 7 days of receiving your order
  • Original proof of purchase packed with the item and attached to Return/Exchange form
  • The items are in original condition and not worn, damaged, stained or washed
  • All original packaging, tags and labels are fully intact
  • Items are not 'Final Sale'

 We recommend a tracked registered postal services, as we do not consider the goods 'Returned' until they have been safely received by THIRD FORM. THIRD FORM is not liable for loss or damage of goods in transit.

PLEASE NOTE: An authorisation number does not in any way translate into an automatic credit.

Exchange

You may return and exchange your items, within 7 days, for a different size (subject to availability). Also, if for whatever reason the purchase is not what you expected, we are happy for you to return the item and you will be issued with a refund of the order value, excluding shipping.

  • No reimbursement on postage costs for returned items unless the item is faulty
  • All items marked as 'Final Sale' are not eligible for exchange, refund or return, unless faulty
  •  

    Faulty Refunds

    You are eligible for a full refund, within 7 days, including return shipping upon confirmation of garments being faulty. What defines faulty?

    • Manufacturing faults
    • Delivered items differ from ordered items
    • Clear defects or damage

    Please ensure to follow care label instructions, as failing to do so could result in damage to the items which is not covered by our Returns Policy.
